First of all, this fine tuned Universe, offers many blessings, which surround us each and every moment. It is in our Awareness in which we are able to see these blessings, which show up right before our eyes.

It is a time on this planet where many people have forgotten their true essence, their own spirituality. Perhaps left every thing to chance or control, rather than trusting and working with Divine Order.

The true essence, the human spirit, within oneself, is not external to you, but internal to you. Many individuals in today’s modern world overlook or deny, unknowingly, their own spiritual identity, due to consciousness of spiritual awareness.

I am not immune to this spiritual amnesia myself. I too sought for a long time, to find my purpose, something which I believed was outside of myself. Earthly distractions can take over and the illusion that purpose is sought in external sources, something or someone external to myself. I had long term preconceived notions that my purpose would show up in a certain way or was based on what I was to do.

It wasn’t until I experienced my most difficult times, during my darkest hours, in which I  experienced the presence of the Divine, carrying me on my journey. Showing me of the Power of Goodness. God, the Good.

YOUR WHOLENESS IS YOUR PURPOSE

It is by becoming aware, usually through a Spiritual Awakening, which can happen from experiences of hardship, pain, crisis, endings, or overcoming adversities in ones own life, where one has no choice but to reach up  to see the small sliver of hope, even if it is with the faith of a mustard seed,  to look up and experience a Higher Power working in our lives, to touch it, to move with it,  and to know the steadfast love of Gods power and presence.

At first, we may feel an unknown or uncomfortable power, that which feels is not within our grasp, or that we are unworthy in our humanness. But when we learn to lean into it,  it becomes very much present during times in our lives when things are not fully understood by the mind alone. When we start to feel it and know it, this power and presence shows up, always, and is meant to work with us, to guide us.

This acknowledgement is a Spiritual Awakening, which is a point in time in our lives, which can bring us into spiritual awareness of the power and presence of the Divine at work in our lives. Accepting Gods will is an opportunity of practice, practice of spirituality, which is plugging in and connecting to the Divine presence, where we come to rely on our knowingness and feeling of connectedness to the Divine.

This becomes our spiritual awareness, the knowingness of our connectedness to the Universe, to the ALL THAT IS! I refer to my higher power as God. And God is the Good, the Good in my life. You see the Universal Consciousness of Oneness, is one of the Laws of Nature, which states: All things are connected. Nothing is disconnected or separate. Everything is connected through the divine fabric of the Universe.

Being self- aware, also means understanding all aspects of the self within this Divine Fabric. That experience of “knowing” the truth of who you are, as part of the whole, the wholeness of our being. This wholeness is all-encompassing in all we do.

It is the wholeness we experience, within our own body, mind and spirit, in which we connect with the Greater Good. That in which the Universe or Divine order brings. None of these aspects of body, mind or spirit, within of ourselves can be ignored. And certainly, one aspect of self does not outweigh another. All aspects of self can work in tandem and in harmony to thwart us forward, creating a life of balance, which effectively connects with the All that IS.

In Spirituality, Natural Laws show up immediately and bring internal spiritual awareness to ones life. It is not a race, or a contest. It is a matter of being who you are.

Our purpose is not external to us, it is internal, the process of gaining awareness and plugging into our connectedness with the Divine, is our wholeness, which exists, always, as our human purpose. In society today,  we hear ads focusing on our human brokenness. This has easily been adopted as individuals in todays society focus on this as truth, or focus more on lack, doubt, appearances, and external forces/

It is in this spiritual awareness that the internal journey becomes one of self-growth and development. This journey recognizes that the soul is eternal, which far outlasts any temporary external human behavior.

The world today has many distractions, which can show up as external appearances of “the next best thing” or internal indecision due to these external distractions. It is the distractions in todays world which may show up as an overload of information, choices or directions. The way to gauge what is a distraction and what isn’t, is to understand how it serves a purpose in your life. Determine if it brings you closer too, or further from your wholeness, remembering our wholeness is our purpose. External distractions can keep us from our purpose here on planet earth, which in todays world has become normalized as non urgency, obstacles, or excuses.

Connecting with our wholeness, means nurturing all aspects of the self. This includes, connecting with the Human Spirit by going within, through prayer & meditation and consciously connecting to the Divine, God, the Good, The Supreme Power, the Universal Consciousness, the Most High, the Ultimate Power and Presence in life today. Going within and listening to this Power and Presence brings us spiritual awareness.

With awareness, we begin to move with Divine Order in our lives, not against it. The practice of living in Divine Order, doesn’t mean we always get what we want, when we want it. This is short term thinking. It means an elimination of time and learning to work with the Divine, through our own qualities of belief, endurance, integrity, values, and vision.

It is through Spiritual Awareness that working with and connecting to the Divine in our lives creates more gratitude, boldness, happiness and freedom. The Universal Power of the Divine Fabric can take us where we are to go, working through us and for us, moving us closer to the vision of our purpose, our wholeness.
